Where is Sandy Point Located?
Sandy Point is Centrally located between Edmonton and Calgary. From Highway 2, turn West onto Highway 12 (10 mins), west shore of Gull Lake.
Are any towns close?
Sandy Point is 5km from Bentley, 7km from the Village of Gull Lake and 20km from Lacombe, Rimbey and Sylvan Lake. Red Deer is also a 30 minute drive for a full listing of services.

What structures are we allowed on the lots?
All types of RV vehicles with a minimum length of 28′ (holiday trailers, 5th wheels, motor homes – not older than 8 years) and “year round” cottage homes up to 1400 sq. ft. ***Age and size restrictions only apply to the resort development. Seasonal Camping does not have these restrictions.
Are pets allowed?
Pets are welcome in designated areas only and must be on a leash at all times. Pets are prohibited from the golf course and common play areas.

Condo fees are set each year at the Annual General Meeting and voted on by you the owner. Currently condo fees are set at $155/month which includes: Water, Sewer, Common Area Maintenance, Garbage Pick up, Snow Removal and Full Time on site Resort Managers.
