* Cancellations within 72 hours of your reservation: Full Refund (less $2 booking fee) on reservations less than 28 days. Monthly reservations, full refund less $100 fee. | Cancellations within 48 hours: 50% refund. | * Cancellations less than 48 hours notice: No Refund.
